The carrot can trace its ancestry back thousands of years, originally having been cultivated in central Asian and Middle Eastern countries, along with parts of Europe. These original carrots looked different from those that we are accustomed to today, featuring red, purple, and yellow coloring rather than the bright orange that we’ve become accustomed to in U.S. supermarkets. Carrots became widely cultivated in Europe during the 15th and 16th centuries and were first brought over to North America during this same general time period.

What better to drink during a diet?

When people do diets recommended to increase fluid intake. Sometimes fluid come as water and sometimes juices, here are some examples:
Water – Water is the most liquid among people who consumed a diet or exercise, but not everyone likes the taste of the water so the water can add a drop of lemon or orange to enhance the taste of the water components.

Importance of water when Personal Fitness Training
Herbal tea – caffeine free herbal tea with little or drinking is a good option. Chamomile, mint, caraway also help digestion and reduce bloating.

Advantages of Green Tea
Vegetable juice – vegetable juice is great as anti-oxidants, but avoid vegetable juices cans or bottles because they contain large amounts of salt.
Celery, wheatgrass, cucumber, fennel, parsley and other vegetables are an excellent choice difficult.

Fruit juice – in general, it is better to eat fruit than drink fruit juice because juice we lose many benefits of fruit and a glass of juice contains high amount of calories.
If, however, you have a sweet taste when you drink fruit juice try to mix with water or soda.
